2 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom 4th Floor Unit w/ Balcony (Top Floor) - All of our apartments are located in a peaceful, friendly, non-smoking community. All apartments include range/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher ceiling fan, carpet, mini-blinds, as well as phone/cable hook-ups. Most units have balconies or patios. We require a Security Deposit. Water & Garbage are included with rent. Tenants are responsible for Electricity & Sewer. Pet Fee is $600 per pet (2 pets maximum). * Vicious breeds prohibited.
